The program at Palpation Prep School of Massage covers the following areas:

• Fundamentals of Massage – Includes the history of massage, self-care, postural analysis; basic, advanced and deep tissue techniques; prenatal & pregnancy; Soft Tissue Release; sports massage, and other specialized techniques are included.  
• Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology – Includes a tour or the body, chemistry, cells and covers in-depth all the systems of the body.
• Kinesiology – Includes muscle identification and understanding; origin,  insertion and action; bones; ligaments; tendons; joints and more. We utilize a wide variety of methods addressing all learning styles to ensure complete understanding of muscles.
• Clinical Business, Ethics & Communications – Includes boundaries, ethics, office skills, marketing, billing, law and financial.

The Palpation Prep–School of Massage Advanced 650-hour Massage Therapy Program includes:

• • 200 hours of Massage Theory, Technique & Practice Fundamentals, & additional Modalities
  • 200 hours of Business of Massage
  • 125 hours of Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology
  • 40 hours of Pathology
  • 35 hours of Specific Treatment
  • + additional 50 hours of massage therapy education to ensure a deeper understanding of the material
